AMBER

BERWICK YMCA WELLNESS DIRECTOR

I believe that everyone can benefit from exercise. Learning how to become not only stronger but also be able to move better is the key to a successful program. It is important to me to help people improve their health and reach their goals so they can do whatever it is they love most. It is amazing and exciting to help others enjoy all the benefits fitness brings whether that would be getting stronger, getting leaner, or losing weight. It is a joy to help others transform not only their bodies but also their lives. There are no words to describe hearing a client tell you they can stop taking medication that they have been on for years or talk about how they have more energy to play with their kids.

“You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” ~ C.S. Lewis

TONY

PERSONAL TRAINER

Mission Statement:

As a personal trainer, my mission is to empower individuals of all fitness levels to build stronger, healthier, and more balanced lives through a well-rounded, sustainable approach to movement and wellness. I am dedicated to guiding clients through diverse training methods that support strength, endurance, mobility, and mindfulness.

Training Philosophy:

I believe in the power of variety and balance. My approach combines full-body HIIT workouts for overall conditioning, focused strength training to develop specific muscle groups, and core and mobility sessions to enhance stability and prevent injury. I incorporate yoga to encourage flexibility and mind-body connection, and I promote multiple forms of cardiovascular training—whether it’s walking, running, swimming, or biking—to support heart health and endurance.

By blending these methods, I help clients build

a foundation of lifelong fitness that is functional,

enjoyable, and personalized to their goals.

DAN

PERSONAL TRAINER

Hello! My name is Dan, I grew up in Berwick and graduated from Berwick High School in 2016. Upon graduation, I joined the United States Marine Corps where I found my passion for fitness. While in the military, I had the opportunity to

lead my peers in physical training almost every morning. After serving for four years, I chose to come back home and go to school at Commonwealth University while continuing my fitness journey here at the YMCA. Personally, I enjoy watching baseball and football, am married to my loving wife Britney,

and have an Italian Mastiff-Cane Corso mix dog named Maggie.
